Service was slow. We had small issues and neighboring table had larger ones. Food was okay. Did have military discount.
WHAT HAPPENED?? Copeland's has been my favorite place to eat in Rogers for years--really! Today we drove about 80 miles just to have lunch there and to have my very favorite dish-- Jambalaya pasta! I ordered a drink of Grey Goose on the rocks and if there was any Grey Goose in the drink it was well disguised. The jambalaya had completely changed--the rich sauce was more of a tomato soup, there was almost no chicken in the dish, and sparse peppers compared to the usual dish. But of greatest concern was that there was only two tiny pieces of andouille (or its representative) but instead several pieces of sliced hot dog. Really? and WHY? I will give my favorite at least one more chance but I must say today was a disappointment. I realize times are tough but cutting quality is almost never a good answer
Ordered deep fried Cajun turkey for Thanksgiving and we got it on the morning if! It was cold and h as d been cooked day prior. Not crispy! Not Cajun! Nit tender and juicy!! For $50 very disappointing! If you want a deep fried turkey, you want it warm and crispy!! Never again!!
With so many other great places to eat in NWA, I'd skip this one. Restaurants that are "out" of several different items are usually on their way out of business. And if you purchase a $50 bottle of wine, you don't expect to be told that you'll have to wait a few minutes for wine glasses because they just came out of the dishwasher, (at 7:30 on a Friday night) and they're too hot.
