B&N is fabulous, but this brick & mortar store is even more so! Easy access, helpful staff, and great selection. I do not like their check out area though (it feels suspect).
I looked around for a movie and couldn't find it anywhere. Finally I gave up and checked out. Made a mention to the clerk about the smaller movie selection. He suggested I check with customer service, so I did. He looked in the computer to check it wasn't sold out and went to where it should be. It wasn't there. But he quickly found it midfield. Thank you!
Great place! Employees are super fantastic, and even know customers by name. Cafe carries Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes, and you can't top that, since there isn't a real cheesecakes factory close by. They also sell whole cheesecakes! I love that I can use my membership card, and stack coupons on top of it! Always a book lovers dream, to get books at a discount price!
The clerk sought me out and asked to help me. I was actually looking for a children's book that my granddaughter once had but has since misplaced or lost. I wanted to purchase another copy for her. The clerk tried many variations of the title which I couldn't precisely recall. She was so patient assisting me. After @5-10 minutes we found it and there were only 2 copies. I was so happy and thankful. She was supremely helpful and patient. I have found over the years, personnel at Barnes and Noble are stellar in helpfulness and recommendations. It's always been a very comfortable and pleasant shopping experience for me. B&N in Rogers maintains the incomparable care to their customers.
I wanted to drop about $400 on coffee table books. The coffee bar is there.. if you like that kind of thing. Personally I'm not trying to get a buzz on when I go to a bookstore. You can meet lots of cool dudes(and 1 or 2 chicks) in the sci-fi section.
