I called and Susie was professional and very nice. She replaced the bouquet with what she had on hand, and it was well done and pretty. However, I received an email from someone else in the firm that felt minimizing and dismissive.
Sorry - but the roses I received today were browned and tattered around the edges. The buds of the other flowers are many days from opening - I doubt they will last long enough to bloom. The foliage looked old, broken off, cut too short and stuffed down into the wrong sized vase. I think the sender would be upset if he knew how bad this arrangement looked. Can't blame it on the weather - it was gorgeous today. Overall, it looked sad, amateurish, and poorly crafted. Looking for positives - I did like the vase!
