On a good note, the fudge is good, some counter staff are helpful, and ultimately, IF you stand your ground, the store manager will come through for the customer.
Good selection of items. Can be pricey. Staff is hard to find but friendly. Family friendly and has something for everyone.
The cashier looked up the item in their computer and said the item was not carried and threw the returned item in the trash. Had to demand the manager. Walked the manager back to see the matching shelf tag and then he had to retrieve the item from the check stand trash can. After one full hour of refusals, denials and really bad behavior on the part of two employees, finally received refund.
Visited yesterday. Purchased last item on shelf, was not right. Returned one hour later for refund, bearing unused item and the receipt. Super hassle entailed.
I bought a gift card for my grandson in Evans, GA for Christmas and he lost it the same day. While I was in Rogers, I checked with the store to see if I could get it replaced. Shelby, the customer service rep, was very kind and helpful in getting me the answer. I had the receipt and the store replaced the card according to company policy.
Have some amazing sales especially on camo during deer season. Wish they had more to offer in the children's clothing department. Was very pleased with our last visit.

Overall poor place to shop. The staff push the Cabela’s club very hard. I cannot go into the store without at least 5 employees asking me to sign up for the Club credit card. It’s very annoying and ruins the shopping experience overall. Also, most any other retail location can beat Cabela’s prices by 10% or more.
