I have been back three different times. I have NEVER been able to get a haircut here. Never.
I purchased a package wherein you buy 5 haircuts at a lower price but you get 'the works.' Sounds great, right?
My first time at this location. Simple request: High Fade, leave majority of top alone just fade into from a #1. Had a new employee. She was trying to be nice and polite, but the results ruined any personality plus.
This is where I get my haircut. Nice woman in there and you get to watch ESPN the whole time. Good place to just walk in.

Incompetent "stylist's" ask for the length of my cut, ended up just cutting however. Very bad, will not be going again.
The first time I went there, the wait time was more than two hours. THe second time, it was an hour and ten minute wait time. Finally, the third time it was "more than an hour." I left.
I loved the concept. The stylist told me she was not happy and didn't like working there. She spent a lot of the time complaining with the other stylists there. I got just a haircut, though I asked for the works, the first time. I simply didn't get it. But, I then was not charged for it either.
The concept is fantastic. Really, fantastic. I wish it lived up to its marketing and they actually carried through on the idea. Because, if they did, this would be a great place.
My first hair cut here was not part of the package. The stylist told me that had to be purchased after the first haircut. This seems odd, but ok.
