The manager is awesome, my son ordered a steak, they bought out and it looked perfect, half way through the meal the manager came out and tell us that the steak was a 6oz. And not a 8oz. He proceeds apologize and asked my son would be like a steak to go home with can't beat service like that.
Went with a group of 29 for a Christmas party. Food was delicious. Some had to wait which is understandable with such a large group. They got all the orders right. Had a very nice time.
Arrived at the restaurant at 2:00. Requested a bar/lounge table so there would be no out-of-control kids. We were seated in the lounge area. Within 15 minutes (after we had ordered our food), a group was seated directly behind us in the lounge with young children and a screaming toddler in a highchair. I could not even lean back against the seat; I had to lean forward to the table so as not to be bumped. Another screaming toddler in the restaurant was heard during the whole hour we were there. This kind of environment is totally unacceptable to us. We went out for a nice meal (which it was), but the atmosphere was totally unacceptable. We will not go back.
We were totally disappointed by our service AND our food. We love our hometown location so we honestly thought we were making a safe decision. Unfortunately, our server AND the manager did not know what types of beer they carried and had to make many trips to the bar to find out. Our steaks were overdone, our salads were soaked in dressing, and they forgot our fries. Being a business owner, I hate writing bad reviews but maybe corporate will see this way. Disappointing.
Chrissy and Barry were absolutely amazing. The food was first class. Atmosphere was great. They were very busy when we arrived seating took about 20 min. And yet the servers and kitchen were on point. Haven't had a bad meal here yet.
