Rental manager Brian has a problem being stood up to instead of talking down to people. I couldn't even say what I needed to say because he kept cutting me off. Most rude and unprofessional in the place. I know the other people who work there, and from the reviews on here about him I'm surprised he still has a job. Harold must not know how crappy his employee is. He does now! What a joke
Most unprofessional manager name Brian they said they would do what we asked then after we gave them money they did not do what they said they would. I started asking questions an he got a attitude and said it will go back on the market then started saying stuff about our credit and that we want stuff for nothing he has been in the business for 17 years. Well he needs to learn about customer service.
Do not ever rent from these guys. Brian will rip you off !!! They gave us only 30 days to vacate and before we left we cleaned the place, hired professional carpet cleaner and re-painted almost all walls ( about 80% ). When it was time to get the deposit back they told us it will take up to 60 days !!!! They cashed our deposit in 2 but they will give it back in 60. When we finally got our deposit back it was 20% of the original amount. They never did final walk through to check the property before we left and they grossly overcharged us for cleaning ( $210 ), carpet cleaning ( $220 ) and painting ($380 )!!! And place was spotless when we left !!! I will take them to court and will update this review once I am done with them ......
