Almost every time I visit, the food is not just tasty, but delicious. Sometimes, it is a couple of "points" down, but still very satisfying. I like to start with the steamed pork pot stickers (spicy, of course) and dine on the spicy chicken with white rice. I really like PF Chang's for the optional gluten-free menu (must ask) for my other half. If you're into buffet, Lin's Garden is excellent. Otherwise, this is the choice for Bentonville/west Rogers.
If they sell 1000 drinks a day and charge 55 cents extra for each drink, they get a profit of $550.
Even though I was cheated I left a tip of $5.00 (for $25 bill) as the Service was great and all servers were good. Food was good
The service is great; I am going to start out saying that! They try to make things right. However, when the kitchen isn't making it right, it's hard to correct that. The spicy Chang Chicken--no spice at all. California rolls came out with no cucumber in them, so they remade them and sent the first order home with us which was nice, I guess. I've never had California rolls where the crab was chopped--so I guess I won't go there again for Sushi. And the Mongolian Beef had no flavor. We have always ordered the lettuce wraps, and I wish we had stuck to that because we have never been disappointed with those. Please don't change the lettuce wrap, I love them. Please! I will be back
I had a coke it was $2.95. They charged me for lemonade which is $3.50. It may be matter of 55 cents, but it also means that customer is cheated.

We ate here for the first time today to celebrate my friend's birthday. Let me start off by saying the food was delicious and the lettuce wraps are the bomb. The low score is for our server, Shelby. She was not friendly in the least. She was downright rude when she asked if we wanted dessert and my friend asked if they had tiramisu. Valid question since we didn't have a menu nor were we provided options for dessert. Needless to say, we paid our $55.00 lunch bill and our displeasure was expressed in the lack of a tip. I have never not tipped a waitress in my life until today. I will not be returning to P.F. Chang's anytime soon. Everyone could've had a lovely day had the attitude and service been better; the food was good.
My kids love this place. I like that they encourage family style so we order several entrees and share. Food is good. Price is ok. Nice atmosphere and decor for a chain restaurant.
