BEWARE!!! My first trial consult was excellent, that is the reason why i agreed to pay $600 in full for my laser treatment. But for my second treatment, the girl that was working on me was very rude, she only did 10 minutes out of my 30 minute session i had paid for because she said she was tired, after i brought it to her attention she replied with with a very rude tone and attitude. I spoke with the manager and all she kept repeating was that she cannot refund me my money after not getting my full treatment and being treated in such a rude manner. So all she did was schedule me with another girl but the day before my appointment they call me and cancel telling me that their laser is not working properly and that it will take 4-6 weeks before i can get an appointment and that they still will not refund my money. So i definitely do not recommend this place.
My first and last experience with Spa 810 in Rogers was ridiculously inept.
Employees need to stop using the company phone to call and harass people they dont like. It looks bad on your business

I scheduled my appointments around the times I was given.
Extremely unorganized, very difficult to deal with. Finally got a 2 hour appointment set for today at 1:45pm, arrive early as ask, only to find out the therapist is at lunch and the appointment was written down as 2:45pm and they won't or can't do anything about it.
Signed up after great initial visit. Now don't pick up phones 90% of the time, don't have appts avail when they do answer, and the only appt I've managed to get since was rushed and wholly unsatisfactory, always loads of excuses for continued poor service... shouldn't have to come home and pluck upper lip after dermaplaning. Not sure it's worth the hassle to even try to finish out my contract. Definitely won't do it again.
Best spa experience EVER!!!!! Their products are all natural so so delicious. They smell so good and left my skin feeling amazing. I had a facial and a massage and they were so relaxing. The best I've ever had! Will definitely be back. If you are thinking about trying spa810... DO IT!!! You won't be disappointed.
