My account was cancelled in September. Now here in ,November they start billing me again. I have sent several request for this to be corrected with no response. Will not go there again or recommend to anyone.

Usually a good place. Only drawback, it can be difficult to schedule someone you like.
Just so you know you pay for a 60 minute massage and they take 10 minutes off for your consultation and undressing. I have never heard of such a thing. They really are that desperate. Ridiculous.
The therapist I have had were great, but leadership was not. When it came to honoring my saved up massages when my account was not being renewed, they did not work with me on getting to use my 4 massages + 1 gifted massage, essentially wasting my money for those 5 months. Unwilling to help and no follow up when the situation came up. I will say, they did at least help me not cost myself $200 when on the day of my account ending, I had a massage scheduled, but warned me they would charge me full price, instead of using my left over massages.
