The rogers office decided to close early the day of my appointment dec 27. Then decide to reschedule my appointment for 2 more weeks. UNACCEPTABLE. I should be the first one back the following day.....oh, but now i have to drive 45 min away to the next office on january..... Dumbasspen dental.
The very first appointment i had the communication between the team was bad. And 2 of the woman that were in the room with me completely gave no worries that I was in there and started talking trash about the dental assist that did my X-ray's. This went on for 10 min it was like I wasn't even in the room.
Can I leave a 0 star on this damn place? This place is so awful. They made countless appointment to work on my dad’s denture because the denture hurt him so much he couldn’t even eat. So, we had to do back and do a hard liner. The lab tech said it would be cheaper and work better so we agreed. He even said there would be a refund for us. Now, they sent us a bill and said we have to freaking pay $50 more. What the hell is wrong with this damn place? I don’t even know why you still have business.
Only positive experience I've had is the dental hygienist. I feel like she does her job well and there very understanding when I have to bring my 2 yr old with me.
The staff at Aspen Dental in Rogers AR are kind, courteous and professional. They do their best to address your dental issues and to ensure you are satisfied with the final results of treatment. I would recommend friends and family to this office.
I believe they need to get another dentist in there instead of always having 1 on. I've only ever seen one dentist even though the sign on the wall says they have 2 on that day. Everytime I go I wait and he sees me and leaves in the middle of the procedure. Mind you my mouth is numb. While he's seeing other patients the numbing medication is wearing off. Then he comes back in and continues. I feel like he doesn't get to do 100% work because the techs are constantly telling him I need you on this room and that room. And I went the last time the assistant left pieces of my Tooth in my throat. I got fillings and that was 3 months ago and I'm still hurting. And I've called once to reschedule my appointment and I called an hour and a half before my appointment. I'm sorry I have kids and things happen. So the receptionist very rudely said "next time we need you to let us know further ahead of time so we can get another client in." That made me feel like a quota in there day instead of them actually carrying for the patient. I really don't want to go back and get my other fillings done because then I'll b eating through a straw forever. I can't chew on the side that they've done. Also I don't believe I can go anywhere because I got financial assistance from them.
I will never recommend this dentist office. The one star is for the fact that they are open on Saturdays. First they schedule my two kids and myself on three different days, who has time for that. Second, they did an x-ray on every tooth in my head and then didn't clean them, claiming they told me that on the phone and record all conversations, then listen because I clearly asked for an exam and cleaning and would never have agreed to go on two different days, never in 40 years have I had to go back to get a cleaning. Then my daughter's filling was done, but you can't even get the billing correct and you are in network dentist, so how do we get an estimation of verification of benefits if we don't actually verify, plus you should know what my insurance allows or wait, the treatment agreement should be followed, instead you bill me for an even larger amount than my copay and deductible amount because you are committing insurance fraud and billing for what is not allowed and then ripping off the customer. I will never go back.
I gave them 2 stars because the staff is very nice and they come and tell you when your waiting that the it'll be just a few more minutes. Instead of them forgetting about you.
So I'm stuck.
