I Have had 2 Crowns redone because of his Shotty Work; I cannot Recommend Dr. Henbest's office; he has very pushy staff that act like salesman trying to get you to do expensive dental work that is not necessary or that is Not affordable & if you do not agree they get very agessive about it. I cannot stand places like this. Run; because they will lie & tell you the work is necessary when it is not.
So far I've left 2 messages for Dr. Erickson and he has not returned my phone calls.
True. Always pushing you like salesmen to have unnecessary work done.
Worst dentist in nwa, they gave my wife tmj by breaking her jaw. If you value your ability to eat, or don't wish to be in constant pain then avoid this place at all cost.

At Metro Park Dental Arts, I saw Dr. Erickson. The dentistry was adequate, but the office staff was rude and obtrusive. It was clear that customer service was not their cup of tea. It could have mattered less to them if my experience was pleasant or not...or if I came back or not.
