My husband and I purchased a new home 2 months ago. We came to your Roger's location and immediately found a couch. It was unavailable so we placed the order and was told it could take up to 4 weeks to get it in. To start, they processed our credit card twice, there was a HUGE mix up which led us to be there an extra HOUR trying to get the couch ordered. Since, we found our bedroom and kitchen set at your location as well but have been waiting for the couch before purchasing. We received a call last week that the couch was finally at the location for us to pick up. My husband is a pilot and has been out of town. We were ASSURED the couch would be there when he could come pick it up. Which was today. After arranging for a truck and friends to help with the move, we called to let them know we were leaving the house. Not so shockingly we were told that they don't have our couch.. and have no way of knowing where it went. They could have it delivered to us by next Friday. We have now been waiting for almost two months for a couch and have received nothing but a headache from your Rogers location. The assistant manager with whom I spoke with today was very very rude and unapologetic and we ended the call canceling the couch order. We are going to go to a new, and hopefully more reliable furniture store to find a couch and the rest of our furniture. Not only have you lost our business. My friends have also just purchased a homes and I will be directing them to steer very clear of your business. This is the biggest mess and most hassle we've had to deal with when purchasing our new home and completely unacceptable. I already see that your google reviews are a one star, so I realize adding one more bad review probably won't be a concern to you but hopefully will steer future home owners as far away from you as possible. Completely unacceptable.

I cannot recommend purchasing furniture and/or services from Hank's. We purchased multiple large leather sectional components from here in 2015 along with an "extended 5 year protection plan", that was approximately 10% of the purchase. Today we attempted to make a claim that we felt met the intent of the plan, some discoloration to a spot on the leather, a damaged metal tab, and a separation at a seam. All claims were denied. I attempted to seek assistance from Hank's in person and was denied and finally a request for refund of the plan was also denied. I was given advice to reclaim in 15 days, separately and re-frame my wording. I felt i was being coached to mislead/commit fraud. This is not the product I was sold nor the service I expect from a "local" business that I attempted to support. I'll move on, other customers should to, down the street to one of the many store around the area.
