I have shopped there at least a dozen times since they have opened. I have received perfect customer service each time I've been there. The employees are very knowledgeable on the products and the location in the store to find them when asked.

Harbor Freight is a regular stop for me. I seldom go there without picking up something the I hadn't realized I could not live without. I've been an Inside Track Club member since the Rogers store opened and save some each time I use it. Today I shopped from a coupon flyer that's sent to ITC members. I ended up saving about $35 including some items that were free with the coupon. No doubt, I'll be back!
