Great customer service, Everybody was very helpful i had a ratchet that went bad walked inn and didnt even take five minutes i had my new ratchet in my hand, ready to be used. Will reccomend to everybody thanks!
Shopped many times, but never find that this Sears store carries items you would think they would carry.
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The lady in parts Dept refused to lift a finger to find my parts bc I didn't have a model #. REFUSED. Wouldn't even try by description. NOTHING. So I got my parts from eBay. Sears lost out.
