I have been there twice and both times, the staff was great and the physician were also very attentive.
BEWARE: I was a cash customer that paid in full at the time services were rendered. 3 months later I was contacted by a collections agency that stated I owed an additional $50. MedExpress neglected to send any correspondence about an outstanding balance and has extorted the additional money from me.
I had a fairly painful procedure done here. Let me rephrase that. I had a procedure done that should have been hell but wasn't. Went to the ER tonight. Mercy in Pinnacle. The doctor did a worse job than the nice nurse practitioner here at this location. I was blown away at how much better she was at it. So I really gotta give this place some credit. They've always been good to me. Always help me with colds and coughs too. Nice staff too.
There are much better places to get non-emergency care.
Went in and they would not accept my insurance even though it is the exact same insurance my other family members have used before there. When I told them this, they stated, we have never accepted that insurance. They have lost my business forever!
I had been running a fever and thought I had a urinary tract infection but I also had stabbing pain under my right ribs. I got checked in at front desk right away and before I sat down they called me back. The nurse practitioner was very good while I explained my symptoms. She ordered a urine sample and a chest x-ray. Turns out I had pneumonia. She gave me shot and a script for antibiotics. I would definitely go back . It was a pleasant experience compared to the zoo at Mercy's urgent care.
