Been here 3 times in 3 months with family member in ER they run the same test never check on you last time sat here for 9 hours before they finally told us she was being admitted... asked for ice chips 3 times they said she could have it still waiting ...worse place pretty sure this is worse than hell ... been here this time 5 hours not a single doctor in only PA and a nurse I think to start IV haven’t seen her since ... well I see her at the desk
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. 3 hours and counting spent in the waiting room. They could care less about the patients in pain. Unbelievable.
I am, unfortunately, a frequent flyer at this Emergency Room. These nurses are the MOST INCREDIBLE NURSES I HAVE KNOWN IN THE NWA AREA. MERCY knows what healthcare IS - PEOPLE. GREAT NURSES, KIND, GENTLE, REAL. NOT JUST ONE DAISY, BUT A WHOLE BOUQUET.
Had our son here. Great staff and great overall experience. Highly recommend!!
The WORST hospital I could ever imagine going to. Some of the staff is okay. Most of them are rude, uninterested, careless, and uneducated. And the "food" is absolutely HORRIBLE. Most of it I wouldnt feed to a freaking pig. I am disgusted at this place.
