They must be doing good business... when you call they put you on hold for 20 min... then I hung up... called their competitors who where happy to take my order
Well thank you for giving me a free pizza for forgetting what I asked for last time.. but do we really gave to ask for parmesan cheese. They told me they didn't have any upon delivery, very low class expectancy!!

$12 pizza is massive for the price. They were quick to fix the problem of missing pepperoni. Love this place. Order online while shopping, and pick up on the way home. Can't cook it for this price!
Very rude customer service. I called the store the other day to order a pizza, then someone picked up and began to speak. However, they were cut off , therefore I didn't hear what they had said to me. So I continued, and asked about a particular pizza but was immediately interupted by the individual. And in a very rude tone of voice, the person said, "Will you please wait, I'm going to put you on hold." I apologized and said, "Yes, I'm sorry. I didn't hear you the first time, it was cut off." I guess the individual misunderstood me and thought I didn't hear them that time and once again said, "WILL YOU PLEASE WAIT, I'M GOING TO PUT YOU ON HOLD." This was in a much harsher tone. It took me by surprise and so I simply replied, "...Yes ma'am." With all due respect, I just don't think that's the way to speak to a customer.
Always hot and fresh. Very seldom if at all encounter issues. My go-to pizza place.
