Food not so good ... Charged 2x for delivery. Had 2 orders ...same address not happy
I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 11:15 and did not receive the pizza until 11:42. This was for a student lunchtime which ended at 11:45. I called at 11:30 to ask if the pizza was on the way and the man said that it was, but 3 pizzas were ordered for the same time and he did not know where the delivery man went first. The last time I ordered and this happened, the lady called and asked if it was possible to move my time up or back because they could not deliver all the pizzas at that time. I would have appreciated that much more than having to wait 30 minutes causing my student to miss lunch time and needing to make special arrangements for the student to have time to eat lunch.
Still the best tasting pizza. There's no bad pizza BUT, when we want the best it's a made to order HOT carry-out from Pizza Hut. Always fresh and really, if you haven't tried the crust on a "pan" style, you haven't had a true original...
There is some new staff there including myself. I am a veteran and take care of every customer as fast as possible. I am a delivery driver for this store and so far I like the staff. I will stop on the way out the door to ask if everyone has been helped if not I will get someone or help myself. Every store has some bad experiences but we try to correct them. Thanks. Tony
This store has been so crappy with everything that we gave up ordering from them for a year almost. Then we seen a deal that was advertised & decided to look them up & maybe give another chance when I did I seen a review from a recent employee talking about changes made and so we ordered and it was perfect. We tried again the next week.. Not perfect but still pretty good. Tonight we try again.
