Edit: I went back and had such a good experience an edit was needed! The assistant manager is an excellent example of how retail service should be. She was very helpful during the first visit and was awesome during the second visit. I was having trouble finding a proper fit in jeans that were on a Black Friday special and she "found" some that were perhaps not as on sale and made it work. I got 2 pairs of "fancy jeans" for an awesomely low price. She has made a loyal customer out of me, gained a lot of word of mouth advertising and made Cavender's one of my favorite stores. Well done!
I came here for a pair of work boots and figured this would be a lot like Boot Barn and have exactly what I was looking for. I was wrong. They had a decent selection of boots but lacked some popular brands I expected like Caterpillar and Doc Martin's. They also lacked many of the different color choices and styles that I was hoping to find. The boots on display are no where near the boots to try on, so when you do find a boot to try on you have to search for that style to try on. Overall not too satisfied.
Good selection of work boots had plenty Associates asked me if I needed any assistance nice place the only downside is the area traffic trying to get in and out was the only problem
Had a great experience shopping even though they didn't have exactly what we were looking for. The staff was willing to tell us of other stores that might have what we wanted and they even gave directions.
A large western store with a big selection of men's and women's boots and clothing. Hats, belts, wallets and other accessories are here too. Honestly, if you can't find boots you love here it won't happen anywhere else. The brands I saw and tried were ariat, cavendar's, double h, Tony lama, and yes, they even had Sex Panther cologne! It is banned in 9 countries and 60% of the time it works every time. It's also rumored to be made with real bits of panther, just saying.
The store is stocked with the most current and stylish items. Great place to shop if you know exactly what you want and find the correct size. Although, you are wasting your time there if you need HELP!! I asked the price of a peice of jewelry. BOTH sales associates behind the check out counter when asked the price looked at me with blank looks and did NOT offer to ask another sales associate. One particular set I inquired about was missing a matching earring with the set. AGAIN, I asked if they had another SET in the store. AGAIN both sales girls standing behind the counter looked at each other and said "I don't know "!?!? They missed approximately $300 in sales because they were GLUED behind the counter. Would love to shop here when visiting NW Arkansas but not sure I will! VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER
