Excellent help finding a pair of shoes that fit well. Payton listened, measured and did a pressure point analysis on my feet then we tried insoles that may help. He was patient and willing to try different insoles in different pairs of shoes until we found the right combination. Thank you Payton. My feet are happy.
LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! The store was hopping when I came in but I was greeted and told that I would be helped as soon as possible. After maybe 10 minutes the manager came up and asked if anyone has helped me yet. He then asked if I minded sitting in with some one people he was helping. This guy is crazy!!! He was able to work with me and the other people. He taught me more about my feet than I every would have even thought and what shoes would be the best for me. I ended up find some super cute shoes and even bought a pair of running shoes. I have had my shoes for over a month and freaking love them. This was the coolest and best experience I have had when looking for shoes, definitely have to try this place out. PS....the NB shoes they sell are not your normal NB shoes you will find in your regular stores so don't freak out about the price people. Remember you pay for you get now a days.
Amazing customer service from Glen. They don't try to upsell you on anything. They offer free analysis of your gait/running style, your striking style, etc. They even threw in a pair of free running socks with my purchase just because. They're friendly and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for?
