The associates followed my wife and kids around the store. I guess they thought they were stealing? Then a security guard for the shopping center shows up? Not purchasing the card for my sons first birthday I guess is how we protest that store. Very disappointed.
I just walked In the store just to walk right back out. I came into the store to look for a card and, within the 3 minutes of me walking in and browsing things up front, I heard the most racist conversations by three employees there. They were talking about the Indian culture in northwest arkansas and how one employee in particular could not stand it and she has had all she could handle today of them. They progressed into talking about Hispanics too. I understand people have opinions and have a right to express them BUT, you are working for a business and reflect that company when you are working there. I could not believe how rude these ladies were. I will definitely not be coming back.
