We were very well pleased with the care given our dog at New Hope Boarding & Grooming while we were gone out of town. We were gone only 3 days but he had been bathed and claws trimmed. I will definitely go to them again for reliable care of my dog.
We took our dog to board her here for a week. They were amazing with her and treated her so sweetly. They allowed us to tour the back where Izzy would be staying to ensure we were comfortable with everything. If she needed to be leashed to play outside they were very accommodating to this. We had no issues at all. Being our dogs breed can turn people away, they did not. When we picked her up they told us how awesome our dog was and they enjoyed having her. Great experience and great staff!
Wow! This place knows how to give our Coco a beautiful groom and bath. I've given Coco her bath before but New Hope Boarding & Grooming takes it to another level. Our Coco hair is so fluffy and gorgeous. This is her second visit and we're blown away from the service they give. I'm glad to hear they treated her well and family. When we told them she hasn't been spayed yet they made sure she was kept under watch with other dogs. We highly recommend this place.
Dogs are well treated here. My dog goes in happily. The people are great.
They are very friendly and good at what they do. My dog Bullet is not always the best behaved, but they always say what a good dog he was for them. He also gets lots of compliments when he comes home from seeing them.
