Nice campground. Well kept.
Due to high rainfall, there are many sites still underwater. Mowing has not been done in sometime. Day use area is completely closed. Not sure how safe the lake is for swimming or boating. Was a great campground when we scoped it our last fall. Looks like it will take years to clean up.
We love this place. The spots along the water are incredible. It has boat ramps, swim beaches, playgrounds, and alot of deer. You're far enough out of town that you can see the milky way at night, but it's an easy drive back to civilization. I particularly like sites 136, 138, 154, and 109.
Two site's to choose from exceptional views from shore over looking the lake. A must see for your self on your next camping trip.
The gate attendance are really nice and helpful people, bathrooms are cleaned daily.
