I just had a problem with a part that was replaced in December of 2008. They successfully worked with the parts dealer to get a warranty replacement and are requesting a labor cost adjustment also.

I had an issue with 4 wheel low not engaging. Castor's found the issue (critters had chewed through wiring in front of the transfer case) and made repairs, charging only an hour of labor and were done quickly. Honest, fair, and competent... cannot ask for more. I'll return.
