Always fast and friendly service. Went the day after Thanksgiving .... VERY busy.
I knew the car needed other work. The mechanic test drove it then Nathan immediately called me, to tell me I had some serious issue going on with the transmission; and it wasn't safe to drive. They did an all point inspection on the car, plus other time and effort to give me a complete list of what was wrong with the car. I had the car towed and Firestone didn't charge me a dime. I'm very grateful for their honesty and help.
Most importantly, each and every person we dealt with - inside the store and coming in from the shop - was very friendly and accommodating to my 5 and 3 year old. They had conversations, showed them things around the store, and always had smiles and laughs for them. Really made it easy and I appreciate it very much.

I was very pleased with the walk in service I received. I picked up a screw in my tire picking my kids up from school and stopped in here immediately. Everyone was very helpful and prompt. They were able to patch the tire and rotate them without a wait. Their timing estimate was spot on and I knew all costs before they started work.
I stopped in on my way to work as my car alerted to me to low tire pressure and Firestone was right up the street. The staff was extremely responsive, friendly and professional. They explained what was happening so I was educated, which I greatly appreciated. Excellent service and I will be back for future needs!
I would really recommend this Firestone business to everyone. I live in Fayetteville & when I need service, repairs & anything mechanical this is the only place I go. It is worth the drive. The service is rapid, they keep you updated on what is occurring with your repair jobs & the price I can't beat. The Manager "RYAN" is the best. He goes above & beyond to work with you & help you get the best price. He will not recommend repairs that you do not need. If all businesses had a manager like RYAN we would be in great hands.
