Scored a great deal on a comforter. Wish the ladies shoe section had more business casual shoes.
Usually like kohls. Had some questions this last time in and no one seemed very willing to help. It was the holiday season but I still expected some neat order to things but the whole store was a mess. The kitchen stuff was such a mess it took me forever to find what I wanted, then locate a price for it, and none of the sales signs were in the right places or were missing.
I like Kohls a lot. They have a good selection of reasonably priced merchandise and the sales are really great! I got 30% off yesterday! But when I had questions there was no one on the sales floor to help me. I'll still shop there though!
Very helpful. Cust service is awesome. Live all the sales, ads, coupons. Clothes are very stylish. Everything is on sale! I save a lot! This is one of my go to retail stores for clothes & shoes
Zero stars, why? Because I have NOT been to Kohl's in Rogers Arkansas in a year or more so why is it asking now? I haven't even driven by Kohl's. Come on Big Brother.
