If you're willing to take the time to sort through a bunch of stuff you might find a gem in there somewhere. I found a great pair of jeans for 15 bucks.

Great selection of items! The store is well organized for the most part. Associates are friendly. I’d recommend this store.
Good for what you expect from a TJMAXX, but the Marshalls in town has a better selection. I love TJMAXX. I did have a bad experience with a worker being rude about my husband joining me in the dressing room so I could have his opinion on outfits. Another worker apologized for the behavior though, which I appreciated. And after that experience I'm too uncomfortable to even ask if my husband can share a dressing room with me. Though, I did notice another worker let a couple share a dressing room.
Not much choice of clothes for boys under 5. Toy section is poorly arranged
