DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS
This store was in charge of setting up the Internet in my new apartment. It took several calls to the manager's phone and the store phone to get in touch with someone.
My order was put on "hold" and nonone can tell me why. Thats real professional.
I was able to talk to someone about setting up Internet about two months in advance of my move-in date, a Saturday. I was told that the Saturday install wouldn't be a problem and that I would be contacted the week before to confirm a time. Nobody called--when I called the AT&T customer service center, I was told my install was set for Wednesday. Nobody had called to tell me my install date or ask if that date and time worked for me (which they don't).
Ive repeatedly been put on hold and then hung up on. Ive spent 30 minutes at least each time, only to be putnon hold and call dropped.
These morons cant handle the business they have sonthey certainly cant hanlde any new business.
Tyler, Ryan, Adaline, and Nandha, I am sorry that you have had such a terrible experience with this store and AT&T. At the T-Mobile Tuscany Square store off of West Pleasant, the employees there know exactly how to deal with devices, and are willing to dedicate as much time as needed for you. They will custom build a plan to suit all of your needs!
The staff weren't well trained in the IT aspects of their products they sell. Speaking of selling, that seems to be the only thing they were trained to do at orientation. Every time I go it's the same thing so it's sort of become expected. They are good at answering account related questions and going over plan options so they get stars for that. It would be nice if they had some training in basic IT for what they sell or had someone in house that could.
Doesn't matter what reason you go in for, they always try to sell you something you don't want or need. They wait on their buddies who come in after you. Always dread going in here. Supervisors walking around acting important instead of waiting on customers when they can see many customers waiting.
I've left (polite) messages with the manager and tried to call the store a half-dozen times since and have yet to hear from somebody or talk to a real human. If AT&T wasn't my only option for Internet at my new apartment, I would absolutely be using another provider.
