Josh and Davis are absolute rock stars!! Very helpful and knowledgeable and the kind young woman was very friendly and welcoming!
If I could give no stars I would. Went in there tonight and the same “rude staff” was in there. These people have no clue about customer service. 5 people closing the store and not a single person doing anything but riding the clock. Not a single person asked us if we needed help. We had to find the workers and 3 of them were in the back, one being the customer service manager who has no customer service experience. Walkimg through the store and it looked like a rat lived in there. The place was filthy and “they don’t even have a vacuum” words from the customer service manager. We purchased a filing cabinet and sure enough when we get it home it’s damaged. We go back up there and it was like the 5 stooges running around there. We have a better business bureau account and get a discount from this place but I assure you we won’t be accredited by people who stand behind a joke of a store like this. Do your self a favor Office Depot and just shut the doors permanently, you have no business running a business.
The gentlemen that was working on July 3rd on second shift did a outstanding job ! He was very professional at the way he approached me . He told me he would have my cards ready for pick up the next day , but guess what he was working diligently, he printed and sized my cards in one day. I was able to take them home in the same day , didn't have to wait .
Nice and friendly....but prices way too high compared to online retailers.
