I gave them a item they told me someone would call by Monday if not for sure by Wednesday. A week goes by get a call on Friday we can't help you. Than another employee says she will do the same thing calling the jeweler and talking to them explaining what I want. Sorry I am not going to wait to hear from a jeweler who couldn't come up with a way to help me the first time.
Ashley was great! Got me exactly what I wanted!! The entire staff was never pushy or rude like the other Jewelers were to us and I made payments every month or more whenever I felt like it! Thanks everyone!
