Workers are mean, can't find anything in the store I see online do to the cluttered racks. By far one of the worst forever 21's I have been to. :( :(

I immediately felt welcomed at the store. One of the employees greeted me when I was walking in. That completely won me over since Forever 21 is a teenager based store I didn't expect much of the employees there. By far the cleanest one I've been to. It's the little things that win customers over and I'll definitely be coming back!
Decent staff and good selection of clothes, but the clothes are in such a mess of racks and piles that it makes it overwhelming when shopping. It's not as neat an organized as other clothing stores.
A lot more organized than the bigger stores for sure, love to shop here.
