Worst customer service. DO NOT SIGN UP for their credit card. I spent six plus long hours listening to the same three song waiting for someone to fix my bill and give me my money back. Not worth shopping in their store anymore. Going else where to get my products.
I love going to Hot Topic, but no matter who the cashier is they are always incredibly rude.
