!!!WARNING!!! Worst experience of my life! These people who work here have too many problems. Please try other suite shops first before exposing yourself to these people. Problem after problem that was created by the lady manger, she shouldn't be working in a men's suite store. Makes no sense in the first place! She is full of hate and creates unnecessary issues for customers that are just trying to dress up for a that special day. Never again!
I had a great experience here today with my first visit to this location. The two associates I worked with were all friendly and treated me well. They were also adaptable to my personality and joked around with me--that says a lot.
There are only a handful of people who will legitimately want to help you. There are others who will pick out the most expensive options without telling you until the time of purchase. I try to avoid going there.

I visited three times within a week and had the same experience all three times. It was the same sale associates all three days also. I arrive and I have two kids in a stroller, the first day someone was in front and could see me approaching, yet DID NOT help open the door, but greeted me when I finally got inside. I struggled with my side by side stroller, it fits into doors but has to be a straight angle and me being by myself I had to open the door hold it open and push the stroller in. When I get inside there was a small wait, which was no big deal, but when it was my turn the associate went to some people that just walked in and glanced at me and cut them off and said I'm sorry I'll be back with you, must have been kind of agrivating to have explained what you needed then to get cut off to have to explain it later. So I get helped and the associates didn't seem to know anything to say the least. I get my sons 1T tux ordered and was happy to be leaving. I had to go to pick up the tux the next visit and had the same experience! Yet, didn't have to spend so long in there. Thank goodness. Third times a charm? No, same experience. And this time I was ordering my own groomsmen/groom tuxes so the associate in the back was more friendly and helpful because he had seen me three times that same week, so we were familiar. I only chose men's wear house because I know it's statewide and the groomsmen we have chosen are all out of state, or else I would go somewhere else!
