Called and got same person asked for copy of medical records and told her I would arrive next day around lunch to pick them up. Got here after 3...they were 'putting them together'. Took 15 minutes to get my 2 pages... that I called ahead for.
I was supposed to get a letter more than two weaks ago and it still isn’t done
Had appointment and got call day of that Dr myers was sick and we should call back to reschedule. Called back asked for person who left message. ..and left message for her. 2 Weeks later no call back.
Dr Myers is fantastic!
