Horrific customer service! I would not recommend this clinic! They appear to be severely understaffed. They just called to cancel my daughters followup appointment for tomorrow morning, at 5pm the day before, and said they can't "get us in" until next Tuesday! Awful!
It's 2:45pm and still waiting to be seen for a 2pm appointment. It's absolutely unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect. I should have at least been told of a long wait time or offered another time slot. Not one person has been in to even touch base.
Friendly staff, really difficult to get on the phone, but they are the best in the area.
I've had ACL surgery in 1999 & recently in October I've had foot surgery. I can't say enough about how excellent I was treated. I am very satisfied with each surgery. The entire office, nurse & doctor were very professional. I highly recommend their services.
