I thought this clinic was income based. I took my son there today who is unemployed. He was charged $250 to extract a tooth which I paid $100 owing a balance of $149. That's about the same as a private dentist would have charged.
Piss poor office management. Learn how to answer your phone. Hire help!
Worst group of doctor's and nurses in NWA. Rarely provide anything more than a band aid and are clearly in bed with ARKids. They say health care can't get much worse... welcome to "Not much worse"
I really do like my daughters pediatrician at the community clinic. If I can go in, in person, I can usually get a same day appointment. Unfortunately though, I almost never get my calls answered. I would rather be asked to be put on hold than to hear the waiting music and voice automated message to please continue to hold as the call is important... So, if you live close and can drive in to set appointments, this place is great. For this busy momma, the phone issue has became to much of a burden. I am going to miss Dr. Allen. He is a wonderful pediatrician that I have even seen as a child.
