NO SHOW AND NO PHONE CALL. I scheduled a move and the gentleman with whom I spoke was very polite and seemed very competent on the phone. I felt very good about my choice and was happy to have hired someone so nice. Then, on the day of the move no one showed up and no one called me. I called and left voicemails repeatedly. Finally, I drove to their home office to see if anyone was there and it looked kind of abandoned. I think maybe this is a sham business. Moving is so stressful and they should not be able to treat people like that. I don't even know if they are still in business anymore but if they are DO NOT USE THEM. I don't want you to be left hanging out to dry the way I was.
This Team Rocks! Due to many delays and problems with the closing of our house, Dave and his team worked with us on the timing and the many locations our stuff was stored in besides the house. In 100+ weather, they packed like pros and were very careful with our stuff in Arkansas. Like a finely tuned machine, they moved, unloaded and reassembled everything at our new home in Springfield. It was like art in action.
Sadly, we wanted to move Friday and accommodated this company's schedule to move Saturday as they called Thursday to move the time. They were nice enough to provide a discount for the inconvenience; however.....simply DID NOT SHOW UP Saturday morning. In addition, they were unable to be reached. We did not even receive a courtesy phone call from Kim, their customer representative, to let us know what happened or to try and reschedule. We called multiple times and left messages; however, they were completely unresponsive. This is beyond awful and left our family unable to move until we could schedule a different moving company. If you enjoy being disrespected, left high and dry and have no clue whether or not a moving company will even show up, then this is the moving company you should hire. In summary, the worst moving company we have ever worked with across 15 States and 30+ years.
