Great job helping us move quickly and safely from Ft. Smith to Rogers.
The truck driver backed into my gate and damaged it. The owner who was supposed to call me and work something out failed to call. Two weeks later when I called he denied they damaged my gate. Three workers in the truck none of which got out to spot the driver backing. So now I've got to take them to court and they be sorry cause it's all on camera.
BEWARE!!!! I used this company once before and again this last week of February 2016. The first time my bill came out about $100 above the quoted price. So this time I used them again getting a quote of $395 for 3 hours. It took them ALL DAY LONG to get me moved - 9:15 to 4:30 pm. I moved from a tiny 900 square foot apartment to a different apartment in my same building complex. When the final bill came at the end of the day they charge me ALMOST DOUBLE! YES $710 and I was quoted $395.00. I called the guy in charge and was told there was nothing he could do except for offer me a discount for the next time I move. ARE YOU CRAZY??? I WILL NOT use you again - you doubled my quote! I feel I was taken advantage of since I'm a single female. Do not use them - not only does my review state that so do others. It took them twice as long to move me this time and last time I moved from a 1300 square foot house across town to an apartment in 3 1/2 hours. I feel like I was taken advantage of and it really upsets me!!! There was no reason it should have taken this long. Also when I asked them about the appointment they were supposed to be at after mine I was told "Eh, I'm not worried about it" Great service right and they will double what they quote you!
I used them to move - they charged me more than the price they quoted. Also - they were supposed to hook up my washer and dryer - I'm a single lady and could not do that myself. Well...... the next day when I went to use the washer - it would not turn on - it was not only NOT hooked up - it was not even plugged in.
BEWARE. I had an IPOD and Garmin GPS stolen from the house from the workers at this company. They have not resolved this problem after talking with Larry who said they would refund the money to me. I will update if anything changes.
