Appalling. They simply did not show up. I had hired them several weeks before my move. Ericka had come by and given me an estimate; we then scheduled a move date. Though I received a confirmation email the week of the move with their arrival time, they never showed up. I left messages and even emailed. No reply. No follow up. No explanation. Desperately, I called other movers in the Bentonville area. Meyers Moving Company came to my rescue. They fit me in around their other moves that weekend. I highly recommend Meyers Moving Company - they were excellent! And their price was less than Young had quoted me.
