Oh. My. God. There's good customer service and then there's New City Moving. Now, before I get started I need to apologize to the guys for not writing this sooner (I've owed them a review for like 5 months). On to the good stuff.
These guys are the best! Were always in communication and easy to reach every step of the way. Moved all of my things out of my apartment in less than an hour! Moved across Arkansas in less than a week with nothing damaged, no hidden/extra costs, and were 100% professional. Very reasonable pricing & would recommend to anyone looking to move!

These movers were very fast and extremely efficient. No damage was done, and they wrapped everything to protect my furniture and home. They really tried to make this fit my budget which I really appreciate after spending so much on buying a home. I will recommend Razorback Moving to any of my friends.
Wow, Razorback Moving sent us a great crew. We hired them for a very short move (from our upstairs unit to our downstairs unit) and the whole process was pleasant and smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely use them again for any future moves!
Absolutely the easiest moving company to work with! I had a complex move; Four stops; HEAVY stuff. They were able to call in two extra guys to help with heavy stuff at no extra charge! They were friendly too. Their scheduling staff was excellent; had to reschedule three times with no problem!
Dave and company turned what was headed into disaster into something much less painful without blinking an eye. I had to change the elevator time for the building I was moving in to as I was scheduling my move. Unfortunately for me, the security guard never changed it in the reservation book. I double check the move in time the day I come in to pick up my keys only to find out they have me moving in before I'm scheduled to move out of my old place. To make a long story short, Dave rescheduled his team to move me out of my old place at 6pm on a Sunday without an extra charge...in fact, the charge was $120 less than I was originally quoted.
