This is the most Heartless dishonest Dealership i have ever met. Almost 2 years ago i traded in a very nice Prius , stating i am a single mom looking for a reliable vehicle, but with more room for my family. I expressed more then once that i did not what to take the step of purchasing if i were to buy a car that was going to Break down within a week. Sure enough the transmission locked, less than 1 and half and the dealer refused to help me out. This is poor customer service and dishonest dealer , i would never recommend these crooks. I am paying out on a car i do not have now but that what i get for trusting a low life man who only cares for himself not his customer!

Cherie and John were fantastic! My husband and I bought a car from there a couple of months ago and there were a couple of minor setbacks but Cherie and John did everything they could to resolve them right away. They made sure that when we left there, we were completely satisfied. We had a great experience! They are awesome people and I will send anyone there in need of a vehicle.
I (Shayla carter) purchased a 2006 Saturn ion redline June 5, 2017. Price was right, car was great and then hadn't even had it a month when things started going wrong. Out of my pocket cause it was sold as is, I understand that, but the fuel system went out, not just the fuel pump. I replaced the fuel pump, and tank, now it needs the fuel line to the motor or engine replaced. Then my CV joints and front end axles are out, and the wheel bearings not to mention a few other things. I've put ALOT of money into it already and it's only October. I have gone to three different mechanics and was told the same thing with a rough estimate of 2400 to fix it all. I was also told that it was not worth fixing and to get a different car. I've tried numerous times to call them, either no answer or no call back. I can't even drive my car to even go up there. The staff there seemed pretty nice and easy going, got the deal done quick, I was impressed. I would think a good business would try and help or put me in something else or whatever but nope nothing from them. This is ridiculous. And I'm not happy with this company at all. Thanks thought everyone should know!
