To Whom it may concern, Johnny did a great job taking care of my Toyota 4-Runner 2003. I took it there this time for an oil change and new tires. He is very knowledgeable. But most importantly, he tries his best to take care of the customer. I have been taking my Toyota and Lexus vehicles to your location for over 14 years for everything (oil changes, tires, tuneups, and scheduled maintenance). We had a great experience at Toyota of Northwest Arkansas. We had moved to Bella Vista nearly two years ago and it was time to replace our car. Always wanted a Camry and this was the right time with no interest payments. Our salesperson Alex was great and we enjoyed his sense of humor as well.
