I pulled into the wrong car lot and the man I spoke with gave me directions and told me to be cautious because some of those dealerships were shady. When I told him the car was a rebuilt salvage, he looked it up on some dealer-only websites. Turned out the fenderbender the OTHER dealership told me about over the phone was actually a major wreck into a pole that tore through the engine. After that, he put me in touch with a dealer closer to where I live. His genuine concern and extra mile for a person who wasn't even a customer certainly saved me thousands in future repairs (and may have even saved my life given the cheap repairs).

i went to buy a car with my husband being a co signer. Gregg the salesman got everything together and told us where to sign (my error) I signed without noticing he had put my husband as the buyer and me as the co-borrower. The car was paid in full to him by the USAA bank and he spoke with them and they faxed him the insurance information. He handed the packet to us and said everything was in the packet including the insurance and all the paperwork between him and USAA we would receive in a couple of weeks. We received the papers and it showed my husband the buyer and his name on the insurance. No where was my name on the insurance and he allowed me to drive away knowing I was not covered, and not only that I kept the packet in the car thinking my insurance information was there if I got stopped or any type of accident and now I find out I was not even covered under the insurance and he knew it when we left. Not only this but he called a little over a week to see how I like the car and to apologize to my husband for me instead of him. I told him I bought the car not my husband and he sarcastically said I know. The windows on the car is dark tinted and said he would pay to remove it if I wanted and I told him I did not think about it but if the tint was legal and he said he did not know but I should not have a problem if I don't do anything wrong. Would I recommend Thrity Car Sales...NO!!!!
George, the salesman I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable about all the gadgets on the Navigator we bought from them. Gregg and the rest of the staff were pleasant and helpful. We would buy another vehicle from them if they had one we wanted.
