LEMON CARS!!! WISH THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR OPTION!

Be very leary of these people they seem nice but if something was wrong with one of there vehicles and it just happened to be quite then so would they. It was very apparent something was wrong with the one I was looking at so I got lucky even though they tried to act like it was a lot less worse. And it makes me mad that with how apparent it was they had me take a trip that long telling me it was in tip top shape.

So I've waisted gas, time and took my baby on a exhausting trip. He wasn't happy on the way back so we stopped and gave him a break.

Anyways they asked if we would hang around while there mechanic had a look at it so we did they gave me a call back about an hour later and said it's the right bearing and quoated around $160 to get it fixed. They gave us 2 options A: we could buy it as is and get it fixed once we get back to Tulsa and they would take the $160 off the total price. Or B: They could fix it the next morning and we could drive all the way back to get it. Well we weren't going to take it as is because they still never answered what the loud noise was once you started it, they where trying to cover the grinding noise and act like its something else we still aren't even a 100% sure it was the bearing maybe that was a better option and they just told us it was that because the guy I was with was pretty sure that is what it was. I mean who knows what else could of been wrong with it if we would of took it with us and got the bearings fixed... So I told him to get it fixed and if he got it running perfectly we would come back and look at it. He agreed and apologized and said he would get it running perfect. Well guess who I didn't here from the next day...

Once we leave the gas station the guy I was with goes what is that grinding noise and why is it loud once started up he kind of ignored the question so the guy I'm with goes sounds like it may be the wheel bearings but could be something worse. Then the salesman goes I think it's the brake pads. This is all in the parking lot of the gas station we get to the light then his story changes to yeah it does sound like the bearing. We get back and decide against it just was to fishy. Then he talks to his buddy's who keep speaking in Spanish when all of them are able to speak English we heard everyone of them there speak English. Then they start saying break pads break pads yadda yadda they also said that the brakes didn't need bled " we're aware brakes being bled aren't a big deal but it's the principal".

Just be careful!!!

We get there and the car looks nice a few things here and there but nothing major as far as looks go. We ask to test drive it and immediately it makes a loud noise then we pull out and the brakes not only need bled but as soon as we take off it makes a loud metal to metal grinding noise we go right up the street to the gas station and was just disappointed the guy I had with me knows about cars that is why I brought him because they could of told me it was something minor and I would of believed them I know zero about cars.

I live in Tulsa it takes me 2h and 20 min to get to this place one way. I talked to them about a jeep of there's I found on Craigslist the guy I spoke with name was Andy he seemed nice enough which is what's sad he seemed legit. We agreed on a price for me to just pay it in full and take it home with me. So of course I asked if it was a good running vehicle and if there were any problems what so ever before I made the long drive there. I also asked if he thought the tires would make it back I am a single mother and have my 1 year old with me so I wanted to make sure I would make it back. Everything seemed to be in order he said it was a good reliable vehicle so yesterday morning we left and I was over the top excited!!!

Me and my wife bought a 2010 Chevy Cobalt from this establishment. And we couldn't be happier they were truthful with everything about the vehicle.

Great people an great customer service me an my wife have nothing negative to say about this dealership/people we couldn't be any happier with bringing back home a family vehicle! BIG THANK YOU! God bless. keep up the great work guys.

We had just bought a 2015 Nissan versa from them. Have no complaints about the actual car good running nothing wrong with it. We had the paper work signed everything from the bill of sale to security agreements. Had it 4 days and all of a sudden they're telling us we have to take the car back the finance company didn't approve. My one thought was 3 days ago everything was alright the car was ours?? They should have never let us take the car if everything on it wasn't approved. This company does not have any hold on the idea of business etiquette and we will be perusing leagal action against them.
